出発日の3週間前までには手続きができるように事前に資料請求をしてください。手続きの手順、注意事項などが記載されたURLがメールで送られます。
URLの内容をチェックしてからLoyolaアンケートにある渡航支援制度申込フォームに記入、送信してください。
Loyolaアンケート送信後1週間から10日で手続きが完了します。

Please request information in advance by the form below. You will receive an e-mail with a URL of application guide. The procedure should be completed at least 3 weeks prior to the departure date.
Please refer to the URL. Then fill out and submit the Loyola application form.
The procedure will be completed within around 10 days after the Loyola application form is submitted.

渡航開始10日前になりましたら、グローバル教育センター宛に下記のフォームを使って「渡航先および自分の状況の変化の有無」を必ず報告してください。

Please be sure to send the status report to the Center for Global Education & Discovery 10 days prior to your departure whether or not there have been any changes in your situation.
